Begin the special five course meal with: a bottle of MO Masia D’Or Rosé Cava accompanied by some rosemary focaccia with pink peppercorn butter.
Choose from two starters:
*The house cured salmon “rose”, fromage blanc, pistachio, radish and herb salad
*Salt baked beetroot “rose”, black currant leather, liquorice, rose crème frâiche, hazelnut vinaigrette which is also vegetarian.
Mains include:
*Confit duck leg, Esplette pommes Anna, roasted radicchio and marmalade glazed baby turnips, jus gras
OR
Chamomile roast parsnip, baby apple Tatin, pickled kohlrabi and almond beurre noisette emulsion (v)
For dessert (see main pic): Dark chocolate, rose and pistachio entremets, roast rose petals
Accompanied by a bottle of Maison Jaffelin Pinot Noir
Finish off with: Petits fours
Your chosen dishes will then be delivered to your door if you live within 20 miles of the Oxford Fine Dining production kitchens at Weston on the Green or can be collected if out of this radius.
