Drew Snaith, head chef of Acme Fire Cult, is taking over the garden at The Swan in Ascott-under-Wychwood on Thursday August 31.
Northampton-born chef, Drew Snaith, the former head chef at Pidgin, who was also recently named in CODE’s ’30 Under 30 – Ones to Watch’ list, will deliver a menu stuffed with hyper British produce to the Cotswold pub and hotel later this month.
Diners can expect three-courses with plenty of snacks showcasing the best local ingredients from small producers such as nduja stuffed scotched olive followed by grilled confit squid, wood-fired red camargue rice, smoked garlic and lemon sabayon, green pepper and lemon verbena dressing and finish with sunflower seed gelato, mirabelle meringue and anise hyssop.
It will be the second Garden Takeover at The Swan and the dinner will cost £60 per head excluding drinks. For bookings go to: https://lionhearth.co.uk/book-a-table-swan/
