Drew Snaith, head chef of Acme Fire Cult, is taking over the garden at The Swan in Ascott-under-Wychwood on Thursday August 31.
Northampton-born chef, Drew Snaith, the former head chef at Pidgin, who was also recently named in CODE’s ’30 Under 30 – Ones to Watch’ list, will deliver a menu stuffed with hyper British produce to the Cotswold pub and hotel later this month.

Diners can expect three-courses with plenty of snacks showcasing the best local ingredients from small producers such as nduja stuffed scotched olive followed by grilled confit squid, wood-fired red camargue rice, smoked garlic and lemon sabayon, green pepper and lemon verbena dressing and finish with sunflower seed gelato, mirabelle meringue and anise hyssop.
