‘Bringing Charlie Tee and Mark Broom to Witney in the same weekend is a major moment for us’
The main music weekend then kicks off on Friday 12 with New York veterans Fun Lovin’ Criminals headlining the main stage with their genre-blending fusion of hip-hop, rock, funk, blues and jazz.

Friday night also features Charlie Tee on The Dance Stage, BBC Radio 1’s first ever full-time female drum & bass specialist, and UK techno heavyweight Mark Broom. The incredible line-up continues with DJs GrooveTown, Hooked on Music, Count Skylarkin, Katalyst, Chris Wheatley and Curtis Randles.
“Bringing Charlie Tee and Mark Broom to Witney in the same weekend is a major moment for us,” said Festival Director Sam Edney. “And having local collectives like GrooveTown and Hooked on Music alongside them is exactly what this festival is about.”
They’ll be joined by local favourites, and established DJs, spinning house, disco, jungle and beyond to get everyone up and dancing.

Cult live phenomenon HENGE is then headlining on Saturday night, with Sandi Thom also joining the bill at The Leys in Witney, where the festival is held.
Other musical acts to look forward to include Ava Joe, Bobbie Dazzle, Dub Catalyst, The Zoots, Lucille & The Lightning Soul Train, Lightning Threads, Jewelia, Gina Larner, The Beatles Dub Club and Sons of the Seventies.
As always Witney Music Festival supports numerous rising acts such as Paige and the Red Shift, Leader, Bear Trap and Fawlers. And new for 2026 is the dedicated Family Zone offering a more relaxed experience close to the Main Stage, plus a stellar food offering with expanded weatherproof covered areas, and improved bar services.
All of which is incredible when you consider that Witney Music Festival has grown over the past 20 years from a small community event into Witney’s biggest live music weekend , while keeping its core ethos, and free entry for under-14s.

“This festival belongs to the town, and the town has backed us every step of the way,” said Stuart Foster, Festival Director and Founder.
